Absolutely horrible service. I waited over an hour for a vehicle I reserved online the day prior. When one finally showed up, it was notwhat I reserved. THEN, when they got around to me, they finally told me I could not rent a car, having an out-of-state DL, 2without a credit card (I have debit, not credit cards). Nowhere does anything state this: not in the website, not when I called twice to confirm my reservation, not for the 60+ minutes I had to wait for them to get another car from somewhere else, nothing! What a monumental waste of time.

Called and make a reservation a when I got there the girl said she couldn’t find it or that I did not speak to her even though she was the only female there. I called the number on redial from my phone and her phone rang and she picked it up. Needless to say I was given another lesser car but before I could get the keys she’d given it to another customer. I finally got in the third car and was able to get out of there. Just seems unprofessional and unorganized. People make mistakes but own up and apologize. Then move on. Kids just don’t these days and there are no consequences for poor customer service.
