I started my business " America's Car World" in December 2018, thi store is located very close to us, so I started buying all the parts for my cars only with them. I am going to share the experience that I had with the "managers and commercial and regional managers" through these years. I believe it is important to other auto repair shops and other businesses to know about this. I was new to all these businesses, I got in touch with the managers of the branch from the beginning because I always like to have communication with people, I will omit names right now but will mention them if it's necessary. After the crisis that we all had in 2020 they told me that branch survived because all the business that I gave to them which means all the money that I spent in that store. I did trust in them all the time thinking that I was having a good relationship with them, therefore they would never do me wrong. One important thing to mention here is that every time that we returned a part for any circumstances they, the managers started "complaining loud saying bad words talking about their commissions will be hurt". Like I said I was new to that and I thought that was the way it is. Last year the regional manager came to visit me to the dealership and convinced me to buy some tools, so I did. One week later someone of them came with a cardboard box with some tools inside and said they will deliver the rest whenever they get the rest. Few days later they only came with a box with tire sensors. The mechanic at that time said he didn't need any of that and two or three weeks later I returned everything that I got. Well few months later I saw that I was charged for all those tools including some that I never got. I told the manager of the store about it but she was going on vacation, and apparently she didn't know anything about it. When she came back she told me that she was sent to work to another store so I needed to contact the new manager of the store. I also realized that the commercial manager charged me twice for a part, when I told him in a nice way that I found that mistake in my app, he became upset, it took him almost two weeks to fix it. I texted the regional manager asking her to please come to see me to talk about an important thing, but she didn't show up the day that she mentioned and she never called back. So I went to the store and saw the new manager, now it was a man who had years working there, and he was upset to me and rude. He got from a shelve the cardboard box that I returned months ago with the parts inside and he also mentioned that I didn't return another two important things, I asked him to show me how those parts looks like and he did, I told him that they never gave those parts. I recognize that it was my fault for trusting them thinking that they would never do me wrong and for not having time to check my invoices, like I said I was new to all that, and you know how hard it is to small business to survive, you have to pay many bills and wages and then bring the bread to your table. No one could clear this situation or apologized. I realized that as soon as some of their managers get it trouble they immediately swap managers to other stores. I have been so disappointed and I have believed that I got sick also because of them. Obviously I stopped buying from them, I just wondered how many times they did this to me in all this years!!! One important thing here to think about is, if all of them know about the parts that are returned, and they the managers know that clients like me are being charged for, then who keeps or how do they distribute those parts between them??? Why no one say anything??? Why no one is responsible for???Why no one is honest and capable to come back and say, we are sorry we or I made a mistake, we have refunded the money for this or that part??? Now I buy all the parts of my vehicles with Advanced Auto Parts in Cloverdale Road, I have never seen that kind of behavior with them, they are very professionals and efficient and nice people. I hope this helps someone today.

This is my second positive experience at this store. The same team member, Tony, has been the one to help me each time!

Definitely do not go here. I just got my headlight replaced here a few months ago and not only when they replaced it, they left the old one under the hood and when he shut the hood, the old bulb busted and flew into my face. When I come back to ask them to just look at the bulb to let me know if it actually blew out since it seemed really early to be out, she told me they couldn’t look at the headlight and wouldn’t be able to know if the headlight was out or if there was something disconnected. I was going to buy a new headlight if it was actually blown, but no. I went to Walmart and they put in the AutoZone headlight for me CORRECTLY. My headlight wasn’t even blown, AutoZone just put it in incorrectly. I am definitely going to go somewhere else for now on, because the people that work here are too incompetent to do their jobs. Definitely never going here again.
