    Made reservation online. They called an hour and a half before to cancel the reservation because they couldn't accommodate the rental. At least they called me before I drove to the store expecting a car, but for a company of this size, that shouldn't have been an issue.

    Workers are polite and courteous and happy to make sure you understand the contract very pleased with renting from enterprise car rental.

    I’ve used Enterprise for 15+ years. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but the check-in speed is consistently poor. Even when checking in online beforehand, I’m waiting 30+ minutes to get the keys. I love the service, but the administrative process needs a serious overhaul to get people on the road faster.

    Tyler went above and beyond the entire time I was trying to get a rental. He called me the day prior 15 mins after my warranty company booked the rental. They booked outside of hours on Saturday so Tyler called me directly to make sure I was aware of the situation and hours. When I arrived at the agency, Tyler knew my situation and who I was. He was such a gentleman during our interaction and made sure I got the best service. This employee cares about the customer, hands down! A+ service from an excellent team member.
