I had to keep asking what was going on while they gave me vague excuses. The assistant manager still tried to charge me even though my car couldn’t run. I had to call my own tow truck and later filed a claim for nearly $500—no response after two weeks except “it’s with management.” Lost 4 hours of my day and my car was stuck all weekend. Avoid this place at all costs.
