But just three hours before we were supposed to leave, I noticed a nail in the tire. I was traveling several hours away with six kids, so you can imagine my panic! I immediately called the store, and Betsy was absolutely incredible. She told me to come right in and promised she’d take care of it and she did. When I arrived, she already had another vehicle ready, but with all our luggage, kids, and my son’s wheelchair, our best option was to fix the tire. Without hesitation, Betsy coordinated with a local repair shop (who were also fantastic) and had us back on the road before our planned departure time. Tyler, the manager, also deserves credit for showing great leadership and trust in his team. He allowed Betsy to take the lead and fully supported her decisions, which really showed how confident he is in her abilities. It’s clear he’s helping to mold strong, capable employees and Betsy absolutely proved that she has the skills and professionalism to go far within the company. Thanks to both of them, my family made it safely to Disney and created the most amazing memories. As a mom of a child with a rare disease, I face a lot of challenges but this wasn’t one of them, all because of their compassion, teamwork, and quick thinking. Anyone would be lucky to have a Betsy and a leader like Tyler on their team!
