Betsy was super helpful, patient, friendly and reassuring as we made sure we had what we needed to rent with our debit card. She also advised us on which add on we needed to cover the car in case of damage, and which one I was already covered for with my auto insurance, so I didn't need to pay for and took care of taking it off the online reservation we had made. We saved about $10 also by signing up for their free online perks club. Facility was clean, busy, and running well. Customers were treated respectfully, and tended to promptly. We didn't have to sit around and wait. Staff also treated eachother respectfully and professionally. Compact SUV was a hot little black Chevy Trax that was clean, ran great and was great on gas mileage! No trouble or issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this Enterprise location! And as far as renting with a debit card is concerned, Enterprise is tops! Simple, straightforward, and no problems! We had our full (fair amount) debit card deposit back in our account the following day after returning the vehicle on time! Superb! We'll be back!
