The price and service was so good in Decatur that the next day while traveling, I stopped and got another tire in Dothan.. They matched the price and service was quick and easy. I’ll be getting all my tires from them from now on and I have 2 trucks and 2trailers so it’s a lot of business secured.
- FKFlashy Kash5 days ago1.0I would give 0 stars if I could. Communication was extremely poor, and it honestly seemed like the staff lacked basic knowledge about what they were doing. On top of that, they tried to charge for things that shouldn’t have cost anything. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and money-driven. I strongly recommend going to a different mechanic.

When they figured out what was going on with my car they pulled me outside showed me the issue and even showed me my brake pads letting me know they should be replaced

Got new tires and an alignment in January, they informed us that our tie rods and a few other things were damaged and that we would need to have another alignment done after fixing them. They promised they would realign my tires for free if I brought my car back within the 3 month warranty time. In this day and age I am always hesitant to trust promises like this, but sure enough, we were given no issues whatsoever and our car was quickly taken care of. It really builds trust with customers to stand by your word and we appreciate it greatly and will continue to buy all of our tires there!
