  Thank you, Wayne!! You fixed up my little red car like she was yours and the costumer service and kindness were exceptional! Jarrod in the office was also a joy and so kind to me while I waited. Amazing people here!

  Body Shops inflates repair costs, my vehicle was hit and JHCC wrote an estimate totaling my vehicle. I disagreed and went to pick up my vehicle when I then had to pay them $250 to get it back, I then took my vehicle to another small locally owned body shop and their estimate was less than half and my vehicle looks & drives as if it was new again. This body shop rips off the insurance companies & consumers with dishonest practices, especially requiring a $250 fee to pick up my vehicle because they “put it back together”, when I was not informed it was totaled until I called the insurance company and hadn’t spoken with JHCC, therefore I never agreed to any charges, and they did not put it back the way they found it, I digress. Shady experience overall, I will not be back, I’ve used them multiple times prior w/o complaints they seem to have went severely downhill rather quickly. Edit: The estimate Joe Hudson’s provided was nearly double than any other body shop I encountered. Damages were inflated all in business of lining the companies pockets. Also I am aware the body shop does not determine a total loss, however when the damages are inflated the insurance company make the decision based on that. Therefore, this could’ve been directly avoided by just estimating proper damages.

  Here to deliver a 10 star review. Last week my sunroof spontaneously shattered while I was driving. Scary, but I digress. Filing claims and insurance stuff is not something I’ve had to do recently so the entire process was intimidating, but what was even more intimidating was finding a body shop for a sunroof. Surprisingly this is not something your run of the mill glass fixers do. So Clara did her thing and found Joe Hudson Collision Center (Dothan). When I tell you guys I will never use anyone other than Joe Hudson again, I mean it with my entire heart. From start to finish, they went above and beyond starting with getting collision wrap on my car and vacuuming out the pieces before they even knew I was going to use them. Once I got them the estimate, they ordered the parts and had my car COMPLETED within 48 hours of me sending them the estimate. As if that didn’t already sell me, when I went to get my car, they had washed and detailed my car. 10/10 recommend them. Will never use anyone else. If you have any body shop needs this is your place.

  My window was working before my vehicle was hit and the lady was told that when she was doing the estimate. Now the window on the driver's side doesn't work at all and now a piece from the door panel doesn't stay on. They were supposed to call me but never heard a word! It sucks to me because I have to open my door at a drive through. My car is 2013 it's in good shape so I was made to feel like that's why my vehicle didn't get fixed 100%. Body work looks ok but it embarrassing to go to the bank, pharmacy or fast food drive through.
