  Suede and Darion were super professional. They were short staffed but still got me in and out quickly. The advised me of everything I needed without being pushy about it. Extremely pleased with the service I got. I had to leave a review after getting service like that. I could’ve paid less somewhere else but you can’t pay enough for the experience I received today. Thank you again

  My first time there, my tech Suede very polite and patiently answered all my questions in detail, also advised me to change my air filter at the next visit, and rotation of my tires, got me a discount (the best of the visit 😁) he went above and beyond of what I went for, definitely will be back, thank you so much. 👍

  First time here. Very nice and professional. Went for an oil change. Got wipers and new filter. (You could see where the squirrels have been there.) Devon was well mannered and professional. Definitely felt confident with him. Thank you

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Express Oil Change regarding an AC repair on my vehicle. On March 3rd, I brought my car in to have my AC checked and was told it likely needed a new compressor, with an estimated cost of $1700. The mechanic assisting me, AJ the name on the estimate I received, told me the part would take about 3 days to come in. After thinking it over, I returned the next day to schedule the repair and set an appointment for 8 AM on March 12. Mind you, my family and I have been going without AC in Alabama’s near 90-degree weather for over a week while waiting for this appointment. This morning I arranged rides for my children, dropped my car off as instructed. As I arrived for my appointment, AJ instructed me to have my vehicle checked in and was checked in by another employee who told me I could leave my keys and they would call me when the repair was finished. About 30 minutes later, I received a call saying the AC compressor had not even arrived yet and that they “tried to stop me before I left,” which is completely untrue. No one attempted to stop me, and I was clearly told I could leave. This situation shows a major lack of communication, organization, and urgency. If the part takes 3 days to arrive, it should have been ordered when the appointment was scheduled. not a week later or by the end of the week. Instead, I rearranged my entire morning and transportation for my children for an appointment that the shop clearly was not prepared for. Customers depend on businesses to be honest and organized with scheduling, especially when repairs are this expensive. Unfortunately, this experience was a huge inconvenience and very disappointing.
