  I got my oil change earlier this morning and couldn’t believe the way one of the employees were talking to another, I believe his name was Dave, he was just outright rude and disrespectful to another employee, I don’t understand how he’s still working here treating someone like that, let’s just hope he isn’t in a management position because he definitely doesn’t deserve it.

  Treated me like a complete stranger when I go here all the time to get my oil changed on both my vehicles, the workers were all negative, rushing me out and wouldn't reset the oil sensor light. This time I was asked to get out of my car instead of staying inside as before.

  Little bit of a story time….Today as I was minding my own business driving down 84 my radiator decided it was tired and blew up. To my luck it was right in front of Express oil change on west Main Street. As I was sitting waiting for someone to come get me and my car three AMAZING guys came over across the highway to help me. I recall two of there names Austin and Brandon if I’m not mistaken but I wasn’t able to get the 3rd gentleman’s. They were able to get everything fixed back up and my radiator filled back up with fluid right there on the side of the road and then sent me over to the shop to top it off with water. And they didn’t charge me anything! I couldn’t thank them enough!
