  I am definitely a regular. I know policy. I modify my return each day. This morning, my card was charged without my permission. I hadn’t moved any money over yet, therefore my account became negative. I’ve had multiple incidents that I have let slide due to the fact that I don’t like to give people a hard time. My last rental, I drove with a flat tire for days. I had to keep repairing the tire. The manager BRANSI offered no solution but told me my next rental would be an ease and taken care of. Next rental came.. and nothing. One worker Austin did have a horrible attitude So I call them to address the charge that they didn’t have my permission for. I asked for a manager and the worker Austin had an attitude. If calls are recorded you can hear for yourself. This is the second time this particular employee has been rude to me and I know others at other times. I spoke with the manager finally in person and he basically brushed it off and was nonchalant. He told me “what’s the difference, you still gotta get charged.” I asked him to refund my account so that my balance would go back to normal then I’ll proceed to pay. (Mind you I did NOT give permission) He then stated that once they call me multiple times, they do not need my permission to complete the charge. I had NO calls from enterprise rent a car AT ALL! he claimed they called this morning and left a voicemail. There was NO CALL or voicemail. He then laughed and said so what was I expecting. I asked again to refund the money he then laughed and said he can just cancel the entire rental. I mentioned to him that he promised me some sort of fix from the last rental and he laughed at that also. I told him I’d be making a complaint and he said to do whatever it was I felt like doing. I have overlooked MANY issues with this location. But enough is enough. Customer I’m sorry, but this time really took me over the edge. I was out eating and couldn’t pay for my food because my account was negative. Instead of giving me a solution.. he laughed. I spoke with another manager before but clearly the issue was not handled.

  I would highly suggest to not work with enterprise, especially this location. We needed a rental after a car accident in Blakely, GA, and this was unfortunately the closest rental location available. The representative had to make our rental upon arrival and royally messed it up. We were highly distressed upon arrival due to accident and made our situation very clear - being from out of town, on our way to vacation, and very unfamiliar with renting vehicles as no one in my party had ever rented a vehicle before. She did not bother to ask or make clear any stipulations about “one way” rentals. When we returned home from vacation i dropped my rental at Hiram, GA location where i was advised of potential fees for the one way. I called this Dothan West location that day and was advised that there were no additional fees charged to my card. A week later i was shocked to see that enterprise charged an additional $304 “unexpected one way fee” to my card. I called to try to reach a resolution when i spoke with the regional manager Rodney who took zero accountability and tried place blame on me and my party though we were very clear about our unfamiliarity with car rental from arrival. Rodney was very rude about placing blame on my party, but later called back offering to refund $150 of the unexpected rental fee after i expressed that i was not trying to bypass all one way rental fees and would have been happy to pay them up front if i had known. Rodney assured me on January 23rd that i would receive a $150 refund within 5-10 business days. I never received that refund and have tried reaching Rodney February 5th, 6th, 9th, and 12th with no success and no response. This is an unethical & unreasonable way to handle business. I’m highly disappointed and will never be using or recommending enterprise after this experience.

  The local Enterprise apparently has no communication with the people you talk to at the call center. We had a reservation and a conformation number. When we went to the local Enterprise to pick up a car, the lady told us she didn't have anything available. We were confused, because we had a reservation at that location made from calling the 1-800 number. The lady said "but you didn't talk to me". She then explained how she wasn't able to get any cars and therefore had nothing available, but she did this all in a manner that suggested we should've just known these things beforehand. I asked what was the purpose of reservations if they didn't send them to the local store or if they weren't honored by the local store. She said some things, but nothing that resembled an answer. We told here we'd just call the 1-800 number back and see if they could help us, and we walked out. She followed us outside and told us not to bother going to the other location in town, because we would get the same story there. She also said they attempted to call the primary number listed on the account (my wife's corporate headquarters) and got a busy signal (kinda strange, I haven't heard one of those in years since voicemail is kinda universal), but never tried the secondary number. She said this would've all been explained if the phone call couldn't gone through. In the end, my wife would up going to Montgomery (100 miles away) to pick up a rental. And, to have one guaranteed there, she had to downgrade. Very aggravating!
