  Called days ahead of time. Was set up with the wrong location. Found out. Called this location directly the day before and arranged a pickup from Dothan Kia bc my car was getting serviced/repaired... I was told good to go we'll pick you up tomorrow 1130 1155 rolls around...& I was completely forgotten about. Called when it was clear they weren't coming. No answer. The service guy felt bad and gave me a ride. I went elsewhere for my rental.

  Worked with Betsy and she provided me with the best vehicle for my need! She personally told me when the best time to come so that I could have a larger selection to choose from. My transaction with Enterprise was due to the loss of a vehicle and insurance having to pay for me to rent a car during the process. Betsy knew I was already dealing with a hard situation and stranded due to no fault of my own and she worked hard to get me into a suitable replacement. Not only did she help explain the insurance process to me and let me know how/when the vehicle would need to be returned so that I wasn’t caught off guard with additional fees due to the insurance provider not fully covering my time with the rental but I watched her bust her a$ to clean the vehicle as it had just pulled up to the lot when I got there. She went out of her way to clean, inspect and guide me thru things at the end of the day. I am forever grateful for her going above and beyond and hope she is recognized for her hard work as she deserves it. Thank you for hiring such hard working caring individuals! Enterprise has my business for life.

  I would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone everytime I go to drill i use this rental location and they are very helpful. Mr. Bransi Brooks the branch manager takes his time to make sure you get the vehicle you need and provide excellent customer service. Ms. Lyric Hawkins beautiful lady who ensure your rental needs are taking care of. I give 5 stars and will recommend to anyone. - Keith Freeman
