- JGJacinta Glover4 days ago2.0We purchased the silver package and after entering the vacuum area we instantly noticed areas that were "half cleaned". The front of the truck, the front windshield, and the sides of the truck were half cleaned. I tried cleaning the outside of the windshield and outside windows (including the back window) with the glass cleaner they provide to bring it to the standards of what the car wash package should have done. The wheels of the truck were not clean and we didn't get the tire shine that was paid for. My husband went and spoke to one of the guys working at the time and the young man came out and shined the tires himself. My husband ended up cleaning the wheels and front of the truck (chrome areas) himself. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. It's been a while since we've been here. It probably will be a while before we come back if we come back. Update: We notified the young man again of our dissatisfaction with the service and they gave us a complimentary wash before we left.
