From the moment I was directed to their website it was simple and easy. Their technician Jared was awesome. Kept me updated on when he would be there to start the job. Not only was he there, but he was earlier than scheduled. Once he had my door panel off, it a matter of a few minutes he had the old glass out and new one in. Definitely will use Safelite in the future if I should need any more glass replacement. Whatever Safelite is paying the techs, they need to increase it because Jared went above and beyond.
- JAJennifer AmmonsNov 2, 20251.0Highly disappointed in service and technician. Started with a small nick. Tech left and I walked out to a 4 1/2 inch crack that he said was repaired. He never attempted to come into my place of business to tell me that it was a failed repair. When I called him he informed me that I had given him a damaged product to work on. Which I find quite confusing because is that not what safelight does? Repair chipped glass??? He told me that if I couldn’t live with it that I could contact safelight. He also informed me that he was not going to argue with me. I told him many times that I didn’t understand how he considered this a fix! So now I have to go through the entire process of getting a new windshield. I completely understand how sometimes a chip or nick cannot be repaired. What I don’t understand is how a technician can be so completely condescending and not care at all about the work he has done. I repeatedly told him that you just left and you left me with a 41/2 inch crack across my window. To which he replied it is fixed. So my problem is not that the window is cracked. My issue is I personally feel like I should have been asked to come outside and look at the finished product. I include 3 pictures. What he reported back to safelight and what I walked out to approximately 20 minutes later. I understand that crack could have happened when he left . I believe if that was the case that he would have one , defended the fact that it wasn’t that way when he left. I also believe that had he cared anything about his work or had any integrity he would have at the least said that he would come back and take a look since I was so upset. My vehicle is a 2026 Palisade with less than 2,000 miles on it. It was very clear that he could care less about me my vehicle or his job performance. I own my own business and have for over 25 years. I would never treat a customer in this manner.

- CBCarol BrandyberryOct 20, 20255.0this is the second time we have used Safelite AutoGlass... both situations were related to a cracked windsheild...the service was excellent both times..the last episode we had an excellent tech, Zack, who went beyond to inform me of an issue with a wire that we had installed prior. he came out and informed me of the issue and again after he had dealt with the issue at hand and informed that everything was good. Zack was very polite and courteous and respectful and an asset to Safelite AutoGlass' staff. Thank you Zack for all your help..
