When I came in the technician said cracks can happen but it's never happened to him or any of the other ones he worked with. 25 min later, a different technician comes out and said it cracked. That technician said it's happened to him THREE times. I told him I've had safelite do several windshields and it's never happened. The cashier said it could happen due to the weather. Maybe you should have told me that BEFORE you took it in. I told her it was a tiny chip and now I have a 6 inch Crack. She said that when it's small, they have to make it bigger to repair. Maybe you should have told me that, as well, BEFORE taking it in. Now I have to replace a $900 windshield for DOTHAN SAFELITE'S MISTAKE. I tried to call customer service and they are conveniently down with their systems.
