  5 minutes on the phone to schedule….technician kept contact through messaging before & after service was completed. Very convenient, I didn’t have to leave work, they came to me.

  I absolutely love that the technicians call and communicate prior to their arrival as well as at the end of service! It’s rare these days to receive good communication and friendly costumer service! Jerome did excellent! The new windshield looks perfect, this is in total our third windshield replacement with safelite over the years with different vehicles, always a great interaction and great price and convenient since they come to your home!

  Josh, the technician who installed my windshield, was awesome. He was very professional and extremely thorough. My ONLY complaint is that I wanted to keep my old windshield and not have to pay that silly $40 "recycling fee." RIDICULOUS!!! I could have saved that $40 but since it didn't matter whether I kept it or not I was still gonna get charged the "recycling fee" which is code for free profit for Safelite, so I let you haul it off. If a customer wants to dispose of their own windshield they should NOT have to pay $40. I could understand if you charged $40 to haul the old windshield off but not giving your customer the option to keep their old windshield and not pay that $40 is not cool. Not cool at all. That's a bad lick, Safelite. I'm not saying that you didn't list that in the description of the job to be performed and the costs of the job. I'm saying that keeping the old windshield and not having to pay the $40 "recycling fee" should be an option. I'm still giving 5 stars because of Josh and because I didn't have to drive to town to get the windshield installed. That sweet puppy is why I had to replace my windshield. He decided that he'd launch himself from the back seat head first into the windshield while trying to fetch a dove. Love that puppy!!! BTW, he still completed the retrieve, lol

  Very easy to get appointment. The service person was excellent. Work was very good. Most if all I went in early and Safelite brought me right in and was finished and a small amount of minutes.
