I was a long time Penske customer however about a year ago I started having issues with them being double charged booking issues and other small things . then my last rental from the enterpise location was a complete disaster keep in mind they don't let you leave without the insurance . fast forward towards the end of my trip I run off the road to avoid a accident with a semi that drifted into my lane and the rear bumper was bent and messed up . so when turning the truck in I told the owner of the enterprise location about the situation and he said no problem mail in the deductible to the dothan location and it will be covered so I did that with a Walmart money order . a few months go by and I start getting bills for $7,000 worth of repairs and now im being harassed by them because I refuse to pay it . which I shouldn't have too becasue I got the insurance and paid the deductible . SO BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY ...
