- CJcandace james3 days ago3.0The employees here are great. Andrea helped me out of a pickle once when the vehicle I booked was suddenly not available when I showed up to get it. And there in lies the problem- the website will not give you accurate info. There are many hidden fees as well. When I book something expecting it to be around $200, a $550 bill is not okay. There is a refundable $300 hold fee, plus ins. is expensive if you don't use your own. Make sure you have the person who will do the driving do the booking as well, and use only a CREDIT CARD with their name on it. The company makes it hard to have a stress free trip, the employees however are good people. If there was another car rental place around (that didn't hang up on me when I call to ask questions) I would totally switch.

We needed at least a 7 passenger or would've needed to completely cancel our trip. This was looking like what was going to happen but the guy at the front called around and pulled it off for us. We are extremely grateful for his time, care, and effort!

Everything went smoothly and the office folks were extremely efficient and friendly! I will certainly be using Enterprise again when I need a larger vehicle for transporting visitors during the holiday season!
