- MGMary GraceDec 8, 20255.0I went to this store first thing in the morning with unexpectedly with concerns of my vehicle .I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by Ryan ,after being greeted I was kindly asked if I needed help.This employee made sure I had what I needed and educated me about my vehicle with top tier customer service.After leaving I felt relieved and assured . He's definitely one of few left in customer service that will put a smile on your face just by his attitude.We need more people in customer service like him 😊

The young man who helped me this morning was very nice and was doing his best, under pressure. Im assuming he was somewhat new by the way the other man was treating him. Please do better when training the younger generation. That young man showed up for work. I wouldn't have, if I had to deal with this particular manager every day.

This location went above and beyond to help me continue. From the super awesome commercial lady on register 35 and the gentleman on #3 about the same time was super courteous and helped me get the right tools. Y'all rock in Dothan.
