  I want to give Steve P. a shout-out he restored my faith in AutoZone. I came to Auto Zone in Dothan Alabama on Ross Clark Circle to purchase a battery in December 2025 and was told by an associate that they could not install my battery. Fast forward to today I came to the same location because my car would not initially start and the check engine light came on. I was greeted by Steve P. who checked the battery, helped me purchase, and installed the battery in under 30 mins. I appreciate Steve P.

  Steve was sooooo helpful and amazing he was soo patient and informative moving from another state it feels soo good to go to someone for help especially with a vehicle and feel like you at e going to a close relative he was so attentive and fun I love Mr. Steve you really have a jewel working for this company !!!!
