  Horrible customer service been using a while because it was convenient and have spent a lot of money here but finally feed up I’ll do it myself or take it somewhere else the guy that’s always working has tried to sell me a batter for no reason said it was bad that was a year ago still fine had to help him replace my air filter once because he literally couldn’t figure it out and was going to break the housing if he kept going and today wouldn’t put the oil I wanted in my vehicle probably would go back if the guy that’s always working was worth a crap but it’s out right sorry and today was the last straw won’t be back

  I come at 4:30 didn't get my see about until 5:00 I was the first person thr they see about every body I was sitting n my car hot n tried n mad I'm not coming back 45 minutes service

  The two gentlemen at this particular American lube place they are very professional they don't try to push something on you or sell you something that you don't need they are honest and have a good personality you are very lucky to have men like this working for you

  Pulled up and had the luck of no waiting. Was offered numerous services as well as their cost on a printout that was tailored to my car so I knew what I was getting and no tricks to sway my mind. I spent maybe 10-15 min in the garage and shared a conversation with the gentleman while I waited. They were faster and did more checks and top offs than I ever got from other lube shops in GA. They did a battery check, tire inflate, quick air filter cleaning. Price was reasonable, only 10 dollars more than what I am used to, but the fast service was worth the "10 dollar tip" difference. I'm definitely making them my permanent oil change shop.
