The guy that is supposed to be using the brush right before you go into the carwash is not doing anything. It is very obvious that he does not want to be there and cares nothing about his job.

Getting a charge back. [EDIT] Charge back was successful from my credit card company. We went to a different car wash in the way home and it worked great. This car wash didn't rinse well. We just wanted another rinse. Instead of looking at our car 10 feet away, the staff was rude and wouldn't look at our car. Instead, my wife was yelled at. We were passing through Dothan, so we just went with a charge back and that was great.
