  With Steven P and Manny I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure all my needs were met. Everything was clean, well-organized, and handled with care. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and great communication.   Steven Pollard is the best. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & considerate of my time. He checked the battery in my Dad's car & found that it needed to be changed. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. If you have a problem with your car, go see Steve at this AutoZone.

  I want to sincerely thank Mr. Steve Pollard for helping me out when I really needed some assistance. My vehicle wasn't acting right and I went to an auto body shop and they misdiagnosed my needs. I had a gut feeling that what the auto body shop told me didnt sound right. I wanted a second opinion so I went to Dothan Auto Zone and I talked to Steve Pollard and he came out to look at my vehicle and accessed the problem and told me what I needed. Less than $50 later my vehicle was running nice and smooth. Thank you Steve for your HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM and GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE.
