  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental at their Demopolis Alabama location. I am physically handicapped. The clerk there went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me in every way. She allowed me to park my car in an adjacent parking lot, approximately 40 yards from the office entrance. She walked over there to complete the rental process. Upon returning the vehicle, she again checked the vehicle in, allowed me to drive the rental car to the adjacent lot where my car was parked. She walked over there to complete the return process, then walked back to the office, in 30 degree weather. She was a godsend to me. I have watched her on other occasions be as polite and accommodating to all of her customers. I am grateful to Enterprise for staffing that rental office with employees of her professional, polite and respectful nature. Rev Mitchell Congress

  A terrible place to rent a car from, they will confirm but the last minute they say we don't have a car. Don't waste your time renting with them Demopolis Enterprise ls Terrible From experience.

  Wonderful service! The Demopolis, AL rental agent was fantastic. She was very professional. She has a great attitude.

  Never have any vehicles available. What’s the purpose of letting people book online and get confirmation numbers only to be told later that there’s no available vehicles? This has happened to me twice.
