  A terrible place to rent a car from, they will confirm but the last minute they say we don't have a car. Don't waste your time renting with them Demopolis Enterprise ls Terrible From experience.

  This has got to be the worst customer service experience I can remember. I tried to call before arriving to return a car and was placed on hold the entire time I was driving there from the yacht basin marina. Then, when I arrived, I was completely ignored as if I was invisible. After waiting about 20 minutes, I stood up and my greeting was I have two other customers. The two other customers were two gentlemen that have been sitting there since I arrived and we’re wearing polos with the enterprise brand. I told her that I had an angry Captain waiting for me and I didn’t even have a ride back. She did not reply, except extend her hand for the keys. No hello, no goodbye. Be aware there are no Ubers or taxis in Demopolis. Thanks to the southern grace of the service parts manager of the Chevrolet dealership there, I was able to get a ride back

  Representative Keyoshia went above and beyond to accommodate me in getting into a replacement vehicle as the first vehicle from a different location experienced a mechanical issue. I had been dealing with Enterprise customer service Representatives on the phone all day. No one was available at Enterprise to deliver a vehicle to me or pick me up and take me to Enterprise. There were no Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Bus or Train service available in the area I was stranded. Enterprise instructed me to contact 911 to transport me to an area that offered public transportation or FIND SOMEONE to transport me to the location where I was assigned to pick up a replacement vehicle, which was nearly 30 miles away from my location, and Enterprise would reimburse me. I couldn’t get a replacement vehicle until wherever the disabled rental car was towed released the paperwork to the location I was instructed to pick up the replacement vehicle. There’s more…..but I’m going to end this review. WHAT A VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!! I was stranded over 600 miles away from home!! I AM GLAD TO BE BACK HOME SAFELY!! THANK YOU AGAIN KEYOSHIA FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
