When I asked had my truck been done all I got was it's next in line. I asked the manager for my keys and I got the same response it's next in line. I bought tires there and they were on top of it and I was in and out quicker. What's the use of making an appointment if they take walk ins in front and you are just lumped in with the people that don't make an appointment! I will never buy tires or anything else from them again. They don't care if they lose business either, the two people behind me complained as well and one of them was leaving as well, unless he was a walk in and they moved him into my spot!
