  Was in a emergency need of air. Didn't have any money. They let Me get air with no hassle. Very professional attitudes. Have never done business with them, but when I can afford it. They would be one of My first picks. Keep up the good work.

  Bad experience. Damaged wheels on brand new truck and refused to fix. Then said they would take care of it but want to charge me $400 plus a core charge on my damaged wheel for their mess up! Andrew the regional manager is the actual person that messed my wheel up and said he was going to take care of it. This is not taking care of it. Will not be back. This is the 2nd set of new wheels they have messed up and refused to fix.

  Not the TD I remember. There used to be a team in this facility that cared. Now you have a manager sitting in Lobby playing on his phone who doesn't speak to guests, and is busy cracking jokes with the lady at the front desk. She seemed nice, but no one seemed too focused on the work. The Techs did a great job of getting me in and out quick. This place used to be busy all the time. You LITERALLY had people waiting to get in for service. Just wasn't a family kind of feel today. Thank you to the techs for a job well done. They are the only reason I gave 2 stars.

  I don't know what happened to this place but it went from being my shop of choice for the things I can't do (alignment balance etc). Most of the old techs are gone and the new management is awful. I was almost refused on a alignment that I had called about multiple times ahead of time. Afterwards as im waiting for the tech to get my car, i figured itd be a good idea to check my work as I wait. As im doing my thing out of nowhere I hear "hey man what are you doing!" And scares me for no reason he ends up saying "I can't have people out here working in my parking lot" he implies its ready to be aligned as if he's the guy thats doing it so I put my stuff up but when I look up he's gone.... I waited for 5 or 10 minutes before the actual tech walked up. The guy honestly infuriated me he made sure to go out of his way to cause me problems and I don't appreciate it in the slightest.

  Went to go get 2 Brand new Tires in the rear and A rebalance on all 4 Wheels. Was periodically paying attention through the surveillance footage provided in the waiting room tv and noticed they did not touch the front wheels at all . when I asked about it ,the Tire technician Lied saying he Did take off and rebalance the front wheels too unbeknownst to them I was watching the entire time. And I know they did not, and then when I retrieved my vehicle back I did a full vehicle inspection myself and noticed that on one of the new tires that were installed they left the tire sticker on the driver Rear tire😑 come on man. Did you really think I wouldn't notice that. I used to be a tire technician and I would have never left the stickers on the tires nor would I lie saying that I rebalanced the front ones even though I requested all four to be rebalanced because that's a Mercedes , I do understand it was close to the end of the day and your guys were ready to go home but even I would have completed the job correctly because I value my work. I pay attention to my work. Clearly your guys do not. I'm never returning to that place and neither should the customers reading this. The only thing I see that wasn't done wrong was I did get my brand new tires in the rear but a couple of things were left under the rug. That's the only reason why I gave this review two stars instead of one.
