The day shift workers are extremely nice and will help you with anything you need. They are sincere and very kind. I had a man named Daniel help me with a flat tire I couldn't get fixed and he was more than happy to help me. I had no hope of doing it myself so the fact he was genuinely kind and willing to help made all the difference to me. I wish more pilot/flying j were like this one.

However, I must give zero stars for the cleanliness of the showers. This was my first time utilizing the shower facilities, and I observed hair, dirt, and other debris on the floor. The shower tiles are cracked, posing a potential safety hazard, and require immediate repair. The toilet was unclean, and the mirror appeared significantly smudged. Additionally, there was limescale on the showerhead, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning and prompt maintenance.
