    They do price checking so make sure you scan locally or online to get a price they can match. I was told they would reimburse me the difference from what I paid but it's been over a week. Overall, the staff was nice. They have a decent seating area with plenty of charging ports. waiting time sucks though. I was there 3 hours.

    I bought 2 back tires last year & just bought 2 front tires. The ppl are very nice & helpful and they don't try to upsell you when you tell them you can't afford it. I also get my oil changed here.

    NTB Decatur was amazing! Grady and the staff at NTB were efficient, professional, and friendly. Worked my vehicle in quickly and serviced it with excellence! Would Highly recommend for all of your tire needs!

    Fast service and incredibly nice staff! Made tire repair as painless as possible! Will definitely be coming back here for my next set of tires or any future issue! Edit: came back two days after first tire issue after entirely different tire had a problem. The people who work here are so kind and made sure to check all of my tires, not just the one with the issue to make sure I was back on the road safely. I won't be going anywhere else in Decatur for tire service again after the level of service I've received at this NTB!
