    Terrible a year ago I took my lexus is350 to ntb. My tires are staggered and these "Parts Changers" put 4 of the wrong tire on my car. It drove horribly. When I got home and checked I had 15weights on my front right tire and 18 on my back. I have video, pictures and all my receipts plus audio of everytime I have talked to Mr.Drummon at corp. I have $8000 chrome Rims on my Lexus these guys scrapped the hell outta my rims. Its clearly from the tire machine they didnt know how to use. So I call and like I said wrong tires. Carlos the manager then who ended up stealing 25k wiping ntbs computer system to protect himself. Told me to just not drive it and bring it backFriday thisxwas on a Monday. Take my car back this time the idiots put both my left tires on the front of my car and the right on the back. It was like the leaning tower or pisa. The damage these idiots have caused. Maddy in nashville tennessee is the manager that fixed my tires. I was getting a oil change also guess what they forgot to put the oil back in my car. Donny the manager after carlos was wonder he ordered many new engine parts to replace since ntb wrecked my Lexus. He also own a Is350 so he understood where i was coming from.my parts are all still at ntb. My car is a big readon Donny isnt there and neither are any of the real mechanic they all quit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YIU LOVE YOUR CAR. I put a new engine i. My car which it didnt need at all. Yall dropped the ball in a major major way . I know at least 25cars yall destroyed under carlos management honestly a class action lawsuit needs to happen. .oh the entire 4times i had to go to ntb carlos always teied to charge me I didn't pay him a dime tge credit card machine was down for like a month and carlos said he coukd only take cash.i also have that on video after the 3rd time I had to take it back. I still dont have my Pirelli Runflats I paid for on my car. I can 1000% back up everything I am saying have more then enough proof. Oh NTB yall owe me Rims!!! They need to be repaired from your tire machine. I took video at ntb before I habded my car over so you can clearly see my perfect rims VS my scraped back right one from incompetence....
