I bought a almost $300 alternator, it went bad (pulley bearing) and in the process contaminated my acc belt. When returning the alt John made several comments some of the highlights include "it's not even making any noise" (as if I'm lying about it?)"he can't warranty it anymore since it's been returned" in an excited voice. This man was very happy to hear his company's part failed. The manager then lied to my face saying I don't have a serpentine belt on my account. So after going outside to confirm I did infact have a belt under warranty I came back inside to show them. Once again John said okay 30 minutes later, I'm done with installing the replacement alternator my last step is to install the belt. It's still not ready and I watch John for 3 mins click back and forth accomplishing nothing. I told him nevermind that I've been there too long. Upon starting my car i realized I damaged a connector to my ac causing the clutch to SCREAM, well ole John was walking out at that time. He was so happy to see I was having that I could've punched him in the face! I'll never return to this store and that's for my own good. It's absolutely disgusting and advanced auto should be ashamed. If the employees are a reflection of a business, what does that say about your company? My visit was on December 2nd during the morning to noon time.
