    I stopped by while traveling from Pensacola to Dallas after a coolant warning appeared on my Atlas. At the Daphne location, Kai from the service team provided exceptional assistance. She promptly came out to inspect the vehicle, topped off the coolant, and offered helpful guidance on what to monitor in case of any underlying issues. Her professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

    I bought a VW Atlas, but unbelievably the car broke down just one week after I purchased it because of a transmission problem. That experience was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after spending so much money on a vehicle I expected to be reliable. Based on what happened to me, I would not recommend buying a VW at all. In the end, I returned the car and decided to buy a Toyota RAV4 instead, which gave me much more confidence and peace of mind.

    To keep it short, the service department was extremely high priced and unbelievably unaccommodating. What was once a helpful and customer focused experience seems to have changed significantly. It appears there has been a shift in staff since we were last here, and unfortunately the level of service is no longer what it used to be. Disappointing to see such a decline.

    It was horrible and I’ve always trusted this particular dealership. The service department lied to me. I saw the mechanic in Jubilee square driving my vehicle like he was trying to sling a rod. The intake service guy told me it hadn’t been through diagnostic but the mechanic told me it did and that the computer told him to drive my Tiggy. I was treated terribly for simply inquiring about my vehicle. The service manager Gerard was know better but what can you expect from the employees when they have poor management. He was smug and passive aggressive per the usual. But may they all be blessed ! Having my car moved to VW of Mobile. After a simple conversation the manager suggested I never bring my car there again. That was already the plan dummy… that’s why I had it moved. What GREAT customer service VW of Daphne 🙄Unbelievable guys money wasn’t the issue… it was simply how they treated me as a long time customer. I will never return their… I’ll always Love my Tiggy!

    I’m not one to typically do reviews but after my last experience it’s got me heated. I had originally had an appointment scheduled for a Monday but realized I couldn’t make it anymore due to a shift change at work. I went in the Monday prior to my appointment and rescheduled for the following Friday. When I arrived today I told them what I was there for and they said “I’m sure we can get the oil change today but I’ll have to check with the techs to see if we can get the other stuff today”. I’m sorry but what’s the purpose of appointments then? They said they had switched systems and not all of the appointments switched over. So I end up getting screwed over for their mistake. I work graveyard shift so the day I schedule is the only day of the week I can get it done since some of the stuff I wanted done they don’t do on weekend appointments. I understand it doesn’t make sense to screw over the next person to facilitate my appointment since one angry customer is better than two but heck at least offer a discount for the services to try to make it right.
