  Highly recommend! I arrived to town with my power steering having gone out, and they were able to fix it quickly! The customer service was top notch! Dani, Nick, and everyone else was so friendly and they took the time to explain everything they did, which I greatly appreciated. A few weeks later, they even provided a free check of all fluids, etc. before I left town again. I felt they took my safety seriously.

  Our experience with Tameron Honda was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management. We were called repeatedly for 14 days by Mr. Randal about a “special program” that supposedly guaranteed approval. We were completely transparent about our finances, credit, and lack of a co-signer—and even told him we didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, repeatedly. He insisted those things would not be an issue and told us to come in immediately because we were “already approved.” That was not true. My 7-month pregnant wife made the trip over an hour away expecting to meet him. He never showed. She sat there for three hours, wasn’t offered even basic courtesy like water, and was ultimately told the exact issues we had already disclosed were a problem. This was not a misunderstanding—it was a deliberate tactic to get us in the door under false pretenses. We lost time, money on travel, and subjected my pregnant wife to unnecessary stress for a deal that clearly was never going to happen. Management at Tameron Honda should explain how this is acceptable and what will be done to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. Until then, I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting what they’re told here.

  I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Tameron Honda. This was my second time buying a car from this dealership. Once again, it was a great experience. My salesperson, Kay Kao, was fantastic to work with. He was professional, helpful, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. We were able to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and get the out-the-door price exactly where I wanted it to be. They initially had a vehicle similar to what I wanted, but the interior and exterior colors weren’t what I was looking for. Kay went above and beyond to find me the exact car I was looking for, and had it ready in just a couple of days. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see Kay Kao at Tameron Honda. You’ll be in great hands!

  Excellent service from the time we pulled in the parking lot. Ontario took great care of us. He made sure we was able to stay within our budget and still get the vehicle we wanted. I wish I could give him 10 stars.He went above and beyond for us. He even had our vehicle delivered to our house after detailing. Thank you Ontario for all your hard work and dedication to your customers Everyone at this dealership was exceptional. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
