  My experience was unforgettable! Kennard took very good care of me. He was kind, helpful, and intellectually sound. He was patient with me and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism.

  I’m writing this review specifically to express what a great experience we had meeting with sales person, Victoria Krebs. She was wonderful to work with and an absolute joy. She was kind, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, we were not able to do business here due to inability to negotiate on a price on the truck, we were interested in. There was no “wiggle room” whatsoever, so we had to take our business elsewhere. I would definitely give Miss Krebs five stars!

  I purchased my truck there in 2023, called for service and they do not have loner or rental cars for recall work, check engine light for shifter sensor is not covered under power train warranty, and they don’t know if they have the part or the cost. Need to leave it over night to test engine when cold started. Why did I buy there?? Shouldn’t have these problems with a 2 year old truck. Will not buy there or GMC again.

  Well let me just say that Google doesn't have an option of zero stars and that is what I would rate this dealership. My husband made an appointment with them for a specific vehicle, letting them know we were driving 6 hours just for this vehicle. During our test drive the salesman asked how we would feel about looking a different vehicle but the same make. Why we asked!??! Because we just sold this vehicle. Wait WHAT!!! We made the appointment, got there earlier than expected and you sold the vehicle! No phone call saying don't make the drive! This is not our first experience with this dealership. We bought a truck for our son 2 years before and discovered that they are very deceptive with their prices that are posted online. Be cautious bc these folks aren't concerned with treating you right
