  Drove from Louisiana to Fairhope for a wedding, and on my way back home I heard a loud noise while backing up 😅 I stopped to have someone take a look, and Ron went above and beyond. He pulled the tires off, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure my car was completely safe. Thankfully, it ended up just being a brake pad sticking. He fixed it quickly and even brought me over while my car was up on the lift to walk me through everything and show me it was all good — which I really appreciated. This place is a gem. Honest, helpful, and kind service like that is hard to find. Highly recommend!

  My tire wasn’t feeling right and it was time to get my tires rotated. They found a branch that somehow got stuck in my wheel well. Thankfully, it did not cause any damage to my tires. They were rotated and said they checked them twice since I mentioned I was going on a long road trip. They even checked other things on my Vehicle, but it had just been serviced at Toyota so it was good. Felicia kept me notified on the status of my car and even brought me in the back to see the branch. I was definitely happy with their service and will recommend them in the future.

  Highly recommend! Someone at work suggested I come here for a tire patch, and I’m so glad I did. Brandon and Sarah were amazing and made the whole process seamless. The service was incredible and they even did a full inspection. They gave me honest advice on what needs attention soon without being pushy at all. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here and telling everyone I know to do the same! Go see them!

  Wow, I have to tell you.We're passing through town. I come in from Florida to Texas and had tire issues on our camper. Not only were there prices better than Walmart or anybody else in town. The service was stellar. If you want quality products that are above and beyond and fabulous service, make sure you come to Mavis, tires and breaks. They absolutely stepped up. Make sure you say hi to Ron. And managers Brandon and Felicia. As well as Jay, Tarique and tyler. There are one big family with great disposition, smiling and happy all the time. You'd be glad you came.
