  We had an outstanding experience at Tameron Honda purchasing our new Honda Pilot! Tyler and Tommy, the managers, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us get the best deal possible. From answering all of our questions to making sure the numbers made sense, they took great care of us throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find managers who are this involved and committed to customer satisfaction. We absolutely love our new Honda Pilot and highly recommend Tameron Honda — ask for Tyler and Tommy, they’ll take care of you!

  Tameron Honda experience was absolutely amazing. It was the best I ever experienced. Ashley was beyond amazing. Very friendly, very helpful, very caring, very professional, and all of the above with a beautiful smile. Ashley was super amazing. Sales manager and finance manager were super great. Amazing experience from start to Finnish. I advise anyone that needs a vehicle to go to Tameron Honda.   If you go to this dealership for any type of service on your vehicle, ASK FOR the service advisor WILL — seriously, don’t even think twice. From the moment I walked in, Will treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. He didn’t rush me, pressure me, or make me feel like just another problematic customer. He listened to my concerns, answered every single question, and stayed committed to helping me all the way through — even when my situation wasn’t the easiest. What really stood out is that he didn’t disappear after the paperwork started. He made sure my issue was going to be fully resolved and followed through until the very end. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and dependable — everything you hope for but rarely find. If you want someone who will actually fight for you and make the process smooth and stress-free, Will is the person you want. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. 10/10 experience!

  The sales manager, Morgan, is underhanded and unprofessional. My daughter and I went last night to Tameron Honda in Daphne to look at a vehicle she saw listed online. It took them 30 minutes to even find the vehicle on their lot. When they finally found it, she did a test drive and wanted to buy it. We talked numbers with the sales guy (who was a very nice guy) for 30 minutes. After going back and forth with the sales manager, they finally decided on an out the door price. She made plans with the salesman to come back the next morning with her husband and pay cash. This morning, as they were on their way to the dealership, Morgan, called. He told her that he could NOT sell the vehicle for the price they negotiated LAST NIGHT, told her a different price several thousand dollars ABOVE what they negotiated the day prior, then tried to persuade her into financing the car (after she told him multiple times that they did NOT want to finance and were paying cash). He was condescending and rude when they spoke and had zero concern for the way he was treating his customer. This is NOT okay and NOT the way to conduct business. I would NEVER recommend this dealership and I hope no one else has to experience this kind of disappointment.
