  I scheduled a appointment for new tires & oil change. They ordered 4 new tires but said only 2 came. Couldn’t get a front in alignment because they said the machine was not working. Hopefully next time I will have a better experience.

  Very bad experience. I found a car I loved online at tamron honda well when the man called from there the salesman after I did the stuff online I told him I decided to wait til i had a good down payment I thought I had time to get another car at that point well he said why wait I was approved not pre approved with zero down we headed over there on the way there I called him. he was starting the paper work would have the car I was looking at ready we get there he claimed the car wasn't there the person I was with and my self found it he lied then he tells my ride to leave me the car was mine given he knew we lived a little over an hour away they didn't leave me thank God because then he came back to us hours later claiming that the finance guy wasn't there well days later a few trips over and putting up with lies there I get the car 1500 down as I was waiting for receipt for down payment I asked was it always this busy the man snapped very rudely said yes when people comes there wanting cars for 0 down or 1500 down and think they should get a car he was acting like I shouldn't be getting a car with just that I should have walked away then but I loved the car well I waited and waited took weeks to get the paper work for the car then they couldn't put it in my name we brought the car back after that because they also decided the wanted more money down. We when to different carlots 3 different ones all said the same tameron honda burned me with banks I can't get a loan the fourth car lot which is a small one got in to details and told me what they did I called tameron I sent letters the mangers claimed Noone did that but yest 4 different car lots said they did and so did the sales man I was working with thinking it was funny or cute or something it's recorded after how rude he was I started recording it now I can't get a car because of them had trouble at a buy here pay here the last carlot said I will always have trouble getting anything because of them what they did I have 4 kids and not a car because of this place.

  Talked to a lady from Tameron, said on several conversations that I was APPROVED for a loan with no down payment. And I asked her repeatedly, a loan, a for sure loan, and each time she said yes, a real loan. Made an appointment to get my new car. Got to the customer service area. Customer service was non-existent. We had a fella show us to a desk. He got my paperwork, all the while he was on the phone, and disappeared for 2+ hours. He said that I had a pre-approved loan which I argued with him about. The lady I talked to several times said without a doubt I was APPROVED, not a pre-approval. I wasted my time, my gas, AND was late for work. I will NEVER consider buying a car at this place again. Don't like being lied to.

  The staff at Tameron Honda Eastern Shore went above and beyond in our time of need. We were in our last hour of an 11 hour drive, going to see our mother who was in her last hours when our engine light came on. As God would have it, we exited right at Tameron’s parking lot. Art & the Italian Nick were tremendously helpful. Nick knew exactly what was wrong. He took our car while Art got us right into a rental to finish our trip. We made it just in time to say our goodbyes. Thank you.❤️

  My recent experience at Tameron was far from positive. I had completed a finance application through a 3rd party and was contacted by the dealership to come in. I was told my application was approved and I just needed to come in with my documents and pick out my car with a maximum purchase price of $30,000. That was a complete fabrication. I came and none one the people I talked to were available. I spoke to a sales and the "Finance Manager" while I was enroute to the dealership. After several hours of waiting, I was told I needed a strong co-signer or put 30% down. This was after I was told I didn't need a co-signer or a down payment. When I mentioned this to the sales rep, I was told "that's just something they say to get people in the door." The same thing happened to my sister earlier this year but I decided to give them a chance since they were working with new banks to help get people into new and certified pre-owned cars. Please stay away from this place. I don't know how they operate this way legally but I guess they've found a loophole. I'll never give them my time or refer them to anyone I know.
