  The sales manager, Morgan, is underhanded and unprofessional. My daughter and I went last night to Tameron Honda in Daphne to look at a vehicle she saw listed online. It took them 30 minutes to even find the vehicle on their lot. When they finally found it, she did a test drive and wanted to buy it. We talked numbers with the sales guy (who was a very nice guy) for 30 minutes. After going back and forth with the sales manager, they finally decided on an out the door price. She made plans with the salesman to come back the next morning with her husband and pay cash. This morning, as they were on their way to the dealership, Morgan, called. He told her that he could NOT sell the vehicle for the price they negotiated LAST NIGHT, told her a different price several thousand dollars ABOVE what they negotiated the day prior, then tried to persuade her into financing the car (after she told him multiple times that they did NOT want to finance and were paying cash). He was condescending and rude when they spoke and had zero concern for the way he was treating his customer. This is NOT okay and NOT the way to conduct business. I would NEVER recommend this dealership and I hope no one else has to experience this kind of disappointment.

  Editing and including photos to add: not only are they not taking accountability for the unprofessional and disrespectful way they have handled this, now they are trying to bribe and manipulate me into buying the car for the original price I was willing to pay anyway, as if they’re doing me a favor, after they swore they could not come back down to the price even though it was agreed upon. I called and inquired about paying cash for a used vehicle I saw online and told them a time I’d be there. When I did get to the shop, it took them 30 minutes to “find” the key and vehicle and they gave excuses why. I should’ve known then. When they finally found it, I looked at it, drove it, and said I wanted it. We AGREED to a certain price out the door, but the manager, Morgan, called me the next morning and said they could not sell the car to me unless the price was increased?!?! Then he laughed and asked if I had anything to trade when I mentioned the fact that we agreed on a price. Do not recommend doing business there.

  Received excellent service today at Tameron Honda & Brian. Our 24 Honda CRV needed an A7 Service (Brake Fluid Flush), Tire Rotation of our new Michelin Tires purchased during our last service in August, which were a better price than Costco and included Lifetime Rotation & Balance 💥, and a reapplication of the amazing 🔥 Auto Butler Protection. After only 2 1/2 hours, I left there with a shine of shines, and didn’t have to shed sad tears when I checked out. This is our 3rd Tameron Honda vehicle since 2011, and we have never received poor service!

  Ashley Montee was super enthusiastic and professional in our car buying experience.An awesome person all around! A++ Note - Upper management please look into your service management. Had to wait an additional 45min after buying the car to get the battery retested twice. This has nothing to do with the sales lady.

  My parents have used this dealership for years and still do to this day. I just recently financed my vehicle through them. My dealer’s name is Ashley and she was very nice and very understanding. You can tell she cares about the person buying the vehicle more than she does about the sale and to people like me, that means a lot. Ashley and Tamara were not only doing their job but they took the extra steps and now I don’t feel like I’m just a customer, this place made me feel like I’m a person, and it’s okay to need help every now and again. Ashley was even giving me advice on my credit and that’s not even her field. It’s not just about a car or a sale , it’s about the people and this dealership has employees who are top of the line.
