    We had a great buying experience at Tameron. Our salesperson, Victoria Krebs, was great, and worked diligently to answer all our questions and get us the best deal possible. She has been outstanding since the purchase and has gone overboard to provide us the best buying experience. We are very satisfied with Tameron and highly recommend Victoria Krebs.

    Hi, I was traveling from Texas visiting family in the Daphne area for the holidays. When I got to Alabama, I noticed my Yukon XL was making a funny noise, so I took it to the Tameron Buick/GMC Service department. I was met by Juan, and he quickly took my info and vehicle. I received a call about an hour later from Juan, he advised my transmission went out. I was worried because this was Dec.22. I was almost certain, I was going to be stuck in Alabama with my family of 6 until the new year. What happened next was nothing short of a Christmas miracle. I called Juan and gave him my extended warranty information. He worked with the warranty company and got the new transmission approved and ordered. Juan even set me up with a brand new Buick Enclave so I could transport my family around during the holidays. Long story short, the entire service team from Juan to the technicians that did the install…. I was highly impressed with their service, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a dealership service department before. This service team is remarkable, and I want to personally thank them for saving my family’s Christmas. I was back on the road headed home the day after Christmas. If their sales team is even half as good as their service team, then I would not hesitate to give them my business. The owner of Tameron should recognize the service department’s performance and personally thank his team for representing his dealership in such a extraordinary way.

    Stopped by yesterday just to test drive a vehicle to see how it handled as I was interested in a different vehicle (same model and trim) out of state with more seating capacity. Zach took great care of us, even though he knew there was no sale. He took the time to go over a lot of vehicle features, interior options, and let us drive it to ensure we would like how it handled. We definitely accomplished our research mission thanks to Mr. Zachary Havener!

    Let me be honest, when you go to the dealership, you dread whatever salesman is going to walk out and fool with you as you look at what you seen online. I was lucky enough to have Kennard Grayson greet me as I was checking out the used truck I went there for. After getting back from test driving the one I thought I wanted, I parked right next to a "better one" that I liked better. Not only did Kennard not start pressuring me to go inside, he said let me go get keys and let's look at it make make sure you are getting what you want (they were within a thousand dollars of each other, so it wasn't a concern of an upsell). Long story short we made a deal on Christmas eve morning. Jason, the used car manager, was a real pleasure to work with as well, as we were talking through everything. I HIGHLY recommend requesting or finding Kennard if you are buying a vehicle from Tameron GMC. I also recommend working with Jason in conjunction, those two make a good team together without all the dealership pressure. 100% satisfied, those two together are fantastic, and hell, individually they are great! On my next purchase, I hope these two are still there.

    The lady at the front desk that answered the phone to transfer me to the service department along with that lady who answered the phone, were very rude, cut me off multiple times, and was very dismissive when I was simply asking for her to relay a message to the technician. I went in for my oil change and was told that I was getting a tire rotation along with it. When I asked if they were going to check the tires for any leaks she told me that they do it automatically when they rotate the tires. I expressed that if there isn’t any if she could tell them about the sensor that keeps going off because I would like it reset and she then cut me off again saying that they will do all that when they check everything and dismissed me again. I called to check on my car because my work shift was over and was told that it had been ready even though I never got a call. I had my husband come with me to pick it up and proceeded to wait an additional 20 mins for my car and when my husband pulled around with the car I asked what took so long and he said he asked the technician if they had done what I called and requested with the rude lady that answered the phone and they said no. So they had to pull the car back around to check for leaks. I was confused to why that wasn’t done if the tires were rotated and when we looked at my tires, turns out the new tires that I previously got put on the car were in there same position. So either no communication was done between the front desk lady and technicians or they thought they could get away with not doing my full service. Having my car for 6 hours and not doing what is asked is very inconvenient because I can’t keep going up there and being with out my car when it’s not necessary. I’m very disappointed with my experiences here. It always seems to be something everytime I come up here.
