They placed the wrong size tires on my vehicle and rotated the front tires to the rear when the rear size is different from the front. I told them this prior to purchasing the tires, but they could’ve simply looked inside the door and it tells them right there what size tires goes on the vehicle! Worst part is they were going to let me drive off like that until I happened to look at the vehicle and ask them how new tires were on the rear when I’d ordered new front tires. They tried explaining their mistakes, which made it even more confusing because the lady at the front contradicted what the technicians said they’d done. After all was said and done, and I assume they corrected their mistakes (I no longer trust anything they’ve said at this point), the manager simply handed me the keys and said you’re ready to go. He wasn’t even going to discuss the issues I’d had with his shop until I told him I would never return as I was walking out. Oh… and they couldn’t replace the wiper blades I’d ordered because they couldn’t remove the old wiper blades.
