    Love the experience I have there ! This is my 3rd car with them and the service is always smooth and efficient But also affordable! They went throw everything that was done on the car and even washed it for me ! Best dealership around in my opinion! And my husky (Kylo) is always super loved and welcomed too! Even for test drives on there latest models as I wait for my Survice to be done !

    WE got in before our appointment time and Leah got our info and took the car right into the bay to have it worked on . 2 recalls and tire rotation took 1 1/2 hours and we were out of there. The employees weren't over friendly they take care of business and that's called professionalism. I LOVE IT!

    Went there to look at purchasing a really nice pick up truck the guy by the name Dalton had no interest in showing us the truck that we wanted to look at he was just all about us doing a credit app before even seeing the truck then he kept taking off saying I’m gonna go grab something and would just sit outside for about 45 minutes and leave us clueless on what was going on

    Leah was my service advisor for my very first visit to KIA. Never having owned a KIA prior I was apprehensive about the service. Leah greeted with a smile and a personality to match. She was not only knowledgeable and pointed me to the correct service required but also helped me navigate the other options which were even a better choice. I only hope KIA recognizes the outstanding employee they have . As a senior Marine Officer I don't use the word outstanding often. Semper Fi

    I never do in depth reviews, but this whole thing was ridiculous. Regarding an unresolved service issues with my 2022 Kia Soul and an unprofessional interaction with a service manager at Daphne Kia. June 2025: I brought my vehicle into Daphne Kia for a Check Engine Light issue before the warranty expired. The car was supposedly "fixed." 3 Days Later: The Check Engine Light returned. I brought the car back to the dealership. The service manager stated the issue was merely "low fuel," and the light was reset. 3 Days Later: The Check Engine Light returned again. Due to a lack of confidence in the initial repair and the subsequent service interaction (detailed below), I sought external diagnostics to accurately identify the recurring problem. I took the car to three different independent mechanics. They identified an EVAP code and performed a smoke test, but could not pinpoint the exact cause. The last mechanic only noted a loose airbox. The Check Engine Light inevitably returned. I finally took the vehicle to Kia of Pensacola They discovered that the engine sensors had been left loose and were not properly tightened during the original service at Daphne Kia. This lack of diligence and quality control during the original repair caused the Check Engine Light to continuously reappear They tightened the bolts, but didnt do another scan..my light came back on. When they finally ran the codes, they determined the original work was and I am actually quoting them "shoddy" and there were losses and broken screws and bolts left in my engine, causing it to be 15° off. As a direct result of the original dealership's negligent work, I was forced to pay for two separate, unnecessary diagnostic services from independent mechanics while trying to resolve an issue that should have been fixed correctly under warranty. As far as "customer service" During my second visit to Daphne Kia the service manage Jae., brought up a customer satisfaction survey I had completed, stating, "Oh, you tanked my store's survey." This comment was highly unprofessional, retaliatory, and made me extremely uncomfortable. Subsequently, I had my husband handle all further communication. The service manager extended the same negative, confrontational attitude toward him. This type of behavior is unacceptable and creates a toxic environment that actively discourages customers from seeking necessary warranty service. I will never take my car to this location again. If you can go to Pensacola Kia. Do it..
