The only feature the salesman went over with us on a new Telluride was the homelink mirror, he ensured us that the vehicle we would be receiving (which was not on site at that time) was exactly the same. When we arrived home with our new car we realized that it did not have that feature. Update: the general manager reached out and advised that this was an honest mistake and not intentional, which I do believe. He has offered to rectify the situation by installing the homelink mirror.

This isn't about the dealership per se, but that they affiliate with a sketchy prize organization. We received a notice in the mail about a prize package. Upon opening it claimed we were winners of $2500 cash. Very skeptical I checked it all over and the wife went to the winner website, put in all the numbers and it said we were winners. The wife then received THREE emails also confirming we were winners and asking us to make an appointment to come in. I fully understand how it works to get customers to come in and try to sell them products. We were thrilled being that I became ill and have not worked in the past year, also due to government changes I lost my medical insurance. Subsequently I'm a two time Veteran and am having issues with the VA. I've never won anything in my life and considered this a small miracle. $2500 is not much for most people but to us it would have been a much needed boost for catching a couple bills up and having groceries. We had no Christmas at all. So we dress up (in case of pictures for the dealership) and we head there. Happily talking about how great a boost it was, maybe even a modest dinner out as we have not been in two years. We arrive to see a contest board WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NUMBERS and get handed off multiple times because no one knew any details about the giveaway at all. Very poor in house communications. So I guess we finally get a manager who points out that our notice WAS JUST A PRIZE EXAMPLE and the numbers at the bottom in tiny print are actually the entry numbers, despite the letter stating twice ours were. And that the 3 emails did say we won, but they never stated WHAT. So the prize was a cheap pair of ear buds... Legal or not, this is very slippery bait and switch to me. And crushing hopes for people of our very desperate status is in a word, despicable in my book. And affiliating with a prize company of such slick promotions makes me question just how questionable entering into a purchase contract would be as well. Sorry, my business will remain with Chevrolet and Honda for the future if/when our needs be for new vehicles. I hope KIA themselves take notice and find a better marketing company to work with.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at kia of Daphne, specifically with my service advisor. I was informed that my vehicle needed over $700 in repairs that I never approved , which alone is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was being misled about what my warranty would cover. I was told one thing, only to later find out that information was not true. At no point did I give authorization for these charges, yet I was still presented with a bill as if it were already decided. This lack of transparency and honesty is incredibly concerning. Vehicle repairs are expensive, and customers should be able to trust that service advisors are being upfront—not changing the story after the fact. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and completely eroded my trust in this dealership. I would strongly warn other customers to get written approval before any work is done and to verify warranty coverage independently, because relying on the information provided here may cost you. I will not be returning and would not recommend this service department based on my experience.

Came in for a tire rotation and some software updates. After almost 1.5 hours left the dealership only to have to turn around again because now my tire was out of balance and created a high speed wabble on the interstate. After an extra 30 bucks to balance all the tires everything seemed ok but now there is a large scratch on my door that was not there prior to my visit. Not a satisfied customer right here. Between this dealership and the Dean McCrary Kia service centers, I am now deciding to get rid of my Kia altogether. That’s too bad because the actual vehicle is extremely nice but the Kia dealerships in the area (Daphne & Dean McCrary) are horrible service centers.

Last year I bought a 2021 Kia telluride from Toyota dealership in Daphne experience was OK. I got a good deal but I knew at that moment I would only keep it for about a year. Thursday I went to the key dealership in Daphne to replace the antenna That I’m broke off when I backed into my garage door that was not all the way up🙄🤦🏼‍♀️. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I decided to take a look at a brand new 2025 Telluride as I knew I wanted to replace my 2021. I wouldn’t even think about another vehicle maker model because I really enjoy my 2021. It had top ratings and it is true too. What is reported about it. I wanted you to know potential customers out there that I had an excellent. . What is reported about it. I wanted you to know potential customers out there that I had an excellent sales representative. His name was Will. he was professional and he helped me get the deal. I wanted along with the finance manager. My experience was smooth and easy. I made the deal that I had hoped would be made because I really wanted to leave there with that vehicle.. The finance manager was fantastic. She’s had 42 years of experience and it showed her professionalism with me in her office. She didn’t wanna take no for an answer about the extended warranty, but eventually she realized I was not gonna change my mind and she graciously accepted my no. I’m so happy to be doing business with this dealership because the service department is also excellent. I’ve had a year to experience that Jeered in their service department has dealt with me a couple of times now He is professional and no nonsense kind a guy, he is direct and honest. Thank you, Kia Of Daphne! I absolutely love my 2025 Kia! I hope I drive it to the wheels fall off!
