    They had a Jeep Gladiator on used car lot that I found online. Communicated several times through email and text before going to dealer, excellent communication with the internet sales manager, and salesman. The salesman, Adrian, has great customer service and goes above and beyond to help. I got a good price on my trade-in, as well as the Gladiator. The finance manager, Chris, knows his business and got me a good deal on financing. Definitely recommend this dealership.

    I went several months ago for an oil change that the service wrighter fought me on because i still had 500 miles till my 5000 mile oil change. I was there for them to also check out my transmission beacuse im having an issue so i also wanted to get an early oil change which i told them to do. They had me wait 2 hours for them to i guess drive my car and use half a tank of gas then never changed my oil and told me my car was fine. Its completely unprofessional and i think they guy never listened to me because im only 20. I refuse to ever go back and do business with this dealer ship especially after they did something similar because hes 18 or there just unprofessional and rude there to everyone.

    I brought my Kia Sedona in for a diagnostic inspection to determine what all work needed to be done after I bought it from an individual. I previously left a review of 1-star due to an issue with a misleading service issue and billing situation. I was contacted by Craig, the General Manager of the Kia dealership, shortly after. I am 1,000% happy with the way he handles his business. Everyone makes mistakes, but Craig was quick to address the issue, admit where his team made error, and create a resolution. There’s really nothing more you can ask for in that regard. I was not going to continue my business with this company, but I will return in the future because I am very confident, if another issue arises, it will be taken care of.

    If I were in need of another Kia besides the one I just bought from Kia of Daphne, I would not hesitate in contacting Jeff Baker again. He is one a very few car salesmen I've dealt with in my 54 years of buying cars (I am 72 now) that I felt completely comfortable with and felt he truly cared to meet my needs in a new automobile. It was truly a very pleasant experience. Thank you Jeff for being you.

    This isn't about the dealership per se, but that they affiliate with a sketchy prize organization. We received a notice in the mail about a prize package. Upon opening it claimed we were winners of $2500 cash. Very skeptical I checked it all over and the wife went to the winner website, put in all the numbers and it said we were winners. The wife then received THREE emails also confirming we were winners and asking us to make an appointment to come in. I fully understand how it works to get customers to come in and try to sell them products. We were thrilled being that I became ill and have not worked in the past year, also due to government changes I lost my medical insurance. Subsequently I'm a two time Veteran and am having issues with the VA. I've never won anything in my life and considered this a small miracle. $2500 is not much for most people but to us it would have been a much needed boost for catching a couple bills up and having groceries. We had no Christmas at all. So we dress up (in case of pictures for the dealership) and we head there. Happily talking about how great a boost it was, maybe even a modest dinner out as we have not been in two years. We arrive to see a contest board WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NUMBERS and get handed off multiple times because no one knew any details about the giveaway at all. Very poor in house communications. So I guess we finally get a manager who points out that our notice WAS JUST A PRIZE EXAMPLE and the numbers at the bottom in tiny print are actually the entry numbers, despite the letter stating twice ours were. And that the 3 emails did say we won, but they never stated WHAT. So the prize was a cheap pair of ear buds... Legal or not, this is very slippery bait and switch to me. And crushing hopes for people of our very desperate status is in a word, despicable in my book. And affiliating with a prize company of such slick promotions makes me question just how questionable entering into a purchase contract would be as well. Sorry, my business will remain with Chevrolet and Honda for the future if/when our needs be for new vehicles. I hope KIA themselves take notice and find a better marketing company to work with.
