I didn’t know what to do so I pull on and engaged these two techs/managers and they saved my trip!!! They put air in the tires and checked all of them so we would be safe. No cost!!! They were so nice and competent! I tried to tip them but they were apprehensive about taking anything. It was their job and they are great at it!!! It was a small thing that could have gone very wrong when I got further down the road!!! These two saved us and should be commended and awarded!! They are exactly the techs that Express Oil Change needs!!!! Please thank them and show my appreciation by commending them. I will be back for many visits and will send business. Thank you Tyler and Nathan!!!
