- HCHannah CrewsNov 4, 20252.0I don't typically write reviews, but I had an unpleasant experience yesterday while trying to get my oil change. I asked for them to check my tire pressure as well since I had an alarm. The tech first tried to up sell me on my oil because my engine " may explode". Which sure I have an older car, but I have gone to oil express in Mobile, AL for years and they have never mentioned this being an issue. Secondly the tech was extremely unprofessional by cursing and overly explaining how to read a dip stick like I am a child. Sure explaining how it works can be helpful, but his demeanor was extremely condescending and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Lastly the oil change took 45 mins for some reason. Of course the wait time was to be expected, but the people that came in behind me were already long gone by the time the service was finished. And lastly the tech technically checked my tire pressure, but did not fill them because the second I left after resetting the alarm, my car tire pressure alarm went off again. Overall I was still able to complete the oil change service, but I don't think I will come back to this location.
