Put the battery on the counter they hooked it up to their tester they told me it was at 85% and still in good condition. Went down to another auto shop just to have the alternator checked to make sure that the alternator was okay since the battery was good and they said the battery was absolutely shot and needed to start with a battery first. So this is costing me more money to have someone else install a battery which is something that I could have done and it also cost this store money because I was ready to purchase a battery there.

I no longer use it due to bad experiences (multiple times in a row) with a manager and one other employee. The manager while attempting to make an upsell, gets frustrated when I declined and because he wasn’t paying attention to what parts he was pulling with me sold me the wrong brakes. Another trip an employee literally argued with himself (almost 5 minutes ) on whether or not he had a torque wrench to loan. It was comical (like a cartoon skit). There’s been other things, while small, just not the norm to my previous experiences. The chain is still good, just not the current staff.
