She made the repair process effortless on our side. From getting our rental set up, fixing our vehicle, kept us updated with daily text messages and calls. Gave us a fair expectation of the date our car would be ready and she beat that date by a week. Exceptional customer service. Honest and very friendly. Having a specialty black paint had me worried about getting the color just right in addition to the repair. Both repair and paint job are perfect and my brand new car feels brand new again! Customer service is excellent and they keep you informed on the repair progress the entire time. To top things off my car was returned to me perfectly clean inside and out and addition to being ready a day ahead of schedule.
