I have heavily debated with myself, if I would leave a review or not. I am going to remain factual and avoid emotion as I have used this team for years, with great satisfaction. You decide your next service location.
Went in for oil change. Within 24 hours got a low oil pressure light.
Took back the next morning and no codes. Agreed to re-do oil change to check everything out. Still showing low oil pressure. Left with them to find the problem.
Got a call that it was oil pressure sending unit. Records indicated that my truck had been changed from full synthetic to regular oil and that may have caused the issue. They agreed to replace at their expense.
Got the next call stating that now the truck was throwing additional codes. Manager suspected internal engine failure and extensive research needed.
I opted to take to Ford for second opinion. They found a broken support tube that allowed wiring harness to get pulled into belt system. $2500 repair and 3 weeks of rental cars.
Attempted to file a claim. While kind and professional, I was told that cameras did not show where they did anything wrong. Taking no responsibility.
Did I mention that no codes were detected until after service and while in their possession.
Oil change includes inspection of hoses and belts. If these inspections had been performed on either of the two oil changes mentioned above, this issue would have been spotted before wiring got into belt system. Repair would have been less than $100.
Again…from my viewpoint
Follow up…based on the “Form” response…trust me when I say that I am $2,500 more sorry than you are. Additionally, if your team did nothing wrong, what exactly are you planning to address with them?
Update…still no further communication. I was offered the ability to view their video footage of service visits, when supervisor came to Cullman. The last call I got from him was a definitive “we are not responsible now that I was able to get to Cullman, to view video. I guess he forgot to let me know he was coming to town.

This place use to do great and had great oil changes. But i recently went and got my oil change and it was running fine before until i left and now my car won’t shift out of 1st

These guys are great and they Bend over backwards to make things happen and to accommodate any requests you might have! They have even offered to give me a ride to work when my car needed repair.
