  We had an absolute horrible experience with Enterprise as a whole and the Cullman location in particular. We reserved our vehicle over a month in advance for an 8 am pickup on Monday morning. When we showed up to pick up our vehicle they did not have any available. The waiting room was packed full of people waiting for a vehicle. They told us we would have to wait until they got all of those people out of there before they would be able to find us a vehicle somewhere else. We had planned to leave for our trip that morning so we needed our vehicle at 8 am which is why we scheduled it that way. We called the corporate office and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. When we finally got someone on the phone we were told they had a 6 passenger vehicle in Decatur so they moved our pickup to that location and we headed the additional 25 minutes north. We called the Decatur location and after over 20 minutes someone answered the phone (as we were getting off that exit) and told us that the 800 number was wrong and they also had no 6 passenger vehicle available for us. They were extremely rude. We ended up with no vehicle for our trip even though we booked the reservation well in advance. This company has absolutely horrible customer service and the people at the Cullman location were rude and could care less that they didn't have the vehicle they were supposed to have. We received no call in advance saying they wouldn't have a vehicle for us and we didn't find out until we arrived that we wouldn't have the vehicle we reserved. If you are hoping to actually get the vehicle you reserve I would suggest using another company.

  Cullman location has dishonest associates. They tried to charge extra fees for no reason. The car I rented was uncomfortable( just my opinion of the Kona), the car was not cleaned or detailed and was almost out of gas.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I made a reservation a full week in advance for a specific vehicle type and even called the day before to confirm everything was set. I was told I would be “ready to roll.” When I arrived the next day to pick up the vehicle, I was told the vehicle class I reserved was “sold out for the day.” I was then told I could check back the next morning—which was not an option, as I was leaving within two hours. Despite explaining the urgency and that I had confirmed the reservation the day before, I was told they would simply cancel my reservation and that I should try elsewhere. The representative stated the vehicle had already been rented earlier that day. Thankfully, I was able to rent a comparable vehicle from another local rental company without issue. Very poor customer service, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to provide a reasonable solution. I do not recommend this location.

  Great customer service from beginning to end with Ty, Sarah, and the whole team. They made sure we were picked up on time and that the car was spotless and smelled great. Pick up and drop-off were easy, smooth, and efficient. Very friendly and helpful team -- genuinely interested in our satisfaction and making sure we had a great car for our vacation. A great asset in Cullman -- will use again and highly recommend!
