When she returned the car a few weeks later we were charged over $400 for the insurance add on alone. When we asked about this they asked if we signed a cancellation document but we were told by an employee that they would call to confirm if we wanted to keep it on 10/9. They never called so we assumed it wouldn’t continue. We did not agree to this charge. This is a scam and will be reported to BBB. DO NOT rent from this place. It is not being ran ethically as they are lying to customers to get extra commission.

Dropping off in Birmingham was not part of the original plan, however, Enterprise worked with me to allow me the flexibility to do that. The staff at both locations were efficient and very customer friendly despite both locations being packed. Maintaining excellent customer service skills in such a fast paced environment makes a great impression on your customers. Great Job Enterprise Staff!

If you’ve ever had a bad experience here, I’d call you a liar, a Karen, or something I can’t post on here—because there’s no way you’ve met Carson. I’ve only rented from this location twice, and both times this man went above and beyond. You’ve got questions? He’s got answers. You’ve got stress? He’s already fixing it. The place is always busy, but Carson stays calm, collected, and somehow still manages to treat everyone like VIPs. That’s real swag — short king energy at its finest. He’s so nice it’s honestly confusing. Like, bro… why do I suddenly feel emotionally safe? Why do I believe all my problems will be okay just because Carson said so? Man’s got customer service that could heal trauma. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Enterprise, protect this man at all costs.
