After enjoying my visit I returned to my car to find that some jerk had blocked my car in. I sat for a while hoping they had just parked that way because it was a fast run in to get something. No such luck!! A couple of auto zone employees saw my predicament and helped me maneuver my car out. They didn’t have to help but they did. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I didn’t do that either. Needless to say their actions left me feeling valued as a person. If they treat someone who is not even a paying customer that way, I can only imagine their service otherwise! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

- SLSarah LOct 10, 20251.0Went to Autozone this morning, store was late to open, manager was extremely late today, when I come back for my parts, he reeks of alcohol an attitude like he is still hungover or drunk, not the first time I have seen this manager with the gray shirt, shaved head, tattoos, and large guage earpeircing believe his name start with a J or named Jay act this way, you can hear him cussing and yelling at the employees throughout the store, I will also be taking my business to Advanced auto parts so I don't ever have to come in to witness the audacity of a manager act that way to customers and employees, to have someone like that charge says alot about the GM or DM that are in charge of these stores, this store has turned to crap.There is a hiring now sign hanging on the front of building, someone else could do better.
