- JBJack BlackNov 16, 20251.0When Take 5 bought out the previous owner at first it was Great! But it soon became very apparent that the Honeymoon Phase was over! All they cared about was making money and adding customers. I recently Canceled my membership. The parking/cleaning areas were like walking through a Garbage Dump always, Supplies were always insufficient and the Customer Care was Non-Existence. The Straw that Broke the Camel's Back was when I went through the car wash and my vehicle only had water and wax applied to it. I went inside and spoke to the attendant and manager and they said that the soap dispenser was dirty and that it needed to be cleaned. They both told that a new company was taking over next month and to please come back when everything was working correctly. Shame on the Owners/Investors that took a Good Car Wash Environment and Bled it Dry. Karma is Hell---You will get Yours!

It actually made my visibility worse, so I had to re-clean all the glass myself afterward. The dryers also don’t do much — my entire car was still soaked, so I basically had to hand-dry the whole thing. The vacuums are okay but the suction is really weak, so it takes forever to clean anything.On the positive side, the price is great and the place is kept pretty clean, but the actual wash quality definitely needs improvement. If they can fix the residue issue, improve the dryer, and boost the vacuum suction, it would be a much better experience.
