- KGKyle GrahamMar 26, 20261.0I made a trade deal for a 2 1/2 ton military vehicle and Mims was hired to do the haul.fast forward till that evening I get home and the truck has been delivered. The whole top of the cab and roof is completely gone."removal top".Scott is believe is his name didn't even bother telling me that it blew off during the haul. My wife was the only one home so she went ahead and paid the $900 to him.I reached out to him only to be told that it basically wasn't his problem. Im sure it's not a bad company until a accident happens. After leaving my review he decides to text me and threaten me over a lawyer I haven't said a word about. Anyways this is just my experience. For the record I tried to settle the issue before leaving a review. I went as far as offering to split the price of a replacement roof but somehow im the bad guy.
- BKBrittany KittleMar 26, 20261.0Bought a vehicle from someone and they hired Mims to deliver it. Paid $900 for the vehicle to be delivered 70 miles away and when it was delivered the roof was missing. When loading the vehicle they didn't make sure everything was secure. They left the roof on side of the road I'm assuming because they didn't even bother to get it. A replacement is over $2500.00. When the owner was asked what he was gonna do to replace the top he said it wasn't his responsibility. After a little research, it is 100% his responsibility to make sure his load is secure and that nothing comes off. So with everything being said I would not recommend this company.

- TRTracy RyanJan 6, 20265.0We had such a great experience with Mim’s! Locked up a water pump in our coach just north of Prattville on a holiday weekend. The wrecker was there to get us in just over an hour…which is fast compared to other coach owner’s experiences. First thing Monday morning they had it diagnosed and went right to work after our consultation. Had them do a little extra maintenance for us and now have it back at home under cover. Great job, Mim’s!!!
