After seeing two people, that came in way after me, leave with their cars completed, I stood up to see what’s going on with my car. That’s when the manager informed me that it’s company policy for two people to work on my car (there were three on staff). So after two hours, they bring me my car stating that it’s “too low”. My issues are 1. The car is at factory height car. No modifications have been made to it. 2. If it’s not doable, then why is it a company possibly that two people have to work on them? 3. It took two hours for them to tell me it’s not able to be done. This was my first experience with mavis, and will not be recommending the to anyone I know.
