But the difference in great customer service and bad customer service is how a business responds to correct an issue. Mavis admitted they scratched the rims; took pictures and documented the issue; and had them professionally repaired. During this process, they stored my truck inside the store and kept me informed throughout the process. The final result of the rims is that they turned out looking like new. I was skeptical that I would be happy with the results until I saw the finished product, of which I was extremely satisfied. Mavis made good on a mistake and turned a frustrated customer into a satisfied customer that will use them again in the future.
