- SWSusie WillinghamOct 28, 20251.0Took my Infiniti qx60 there yesterday— two things One my regular tire rotation — they did the tires — and I had a issue with the dust cover on back drivers side tire causing my car to squeal horribly- Chris the manager said no problem they could easily fix it- It was not fixed - Then they said it was brackets to the brakes on back tire- Which btw — my family just put new brakes and a brand new rotor on that tire the day before! And all the other tires the rotors and brakes had no issues and are less than ten months old! Chris told me in front of two customers Yes they could fix it but I would have to purchase new rotors new brakes a 500$!!! Job !! They don’t just do brake jobs they replace rotors too! He said this to my face clear as a bell! They don’t do just brakes they have to do the rotors too! Mind you the last year they are the ones who inspect the tires and brakes and rotate my tires and again no issues with the the rotors or brakes — my family an I replaced the brakes and rotor on that back tire thinking that what was causing the squeeling but it was the dust cover — then they said it was the brackets — Chris lied right to my face trying to get me to pay for a 500$!!! Job my car did NOT need! My father n law fixed the brackets in less than thirty min and also said never take your car back there! I am beyond upset with this place! It is clear he thought I would take his word for it and spend 500$! On something I did not need! Susan willingham
