  When I was there yesterday, I had a check engine light on and the person working at the time her name was Jessie. She is very helpful very motivated to help me resolve my issue but at the same time, she is a very Customer Service person that can go above and beyond expectations. I really enjoyed getting the help that I needed from her. She’s a very knowledgeable staff member.

  Chip is an absolute rockstar!! He was patient kind. He installed new headlights for me late in the day when the store was very busy and it was already getting very dark outside. He truly is the epitome of the Customer Service!!

  Big thanks to Kerry Hines of Autozone in Chelsea for dealing with me honestly when my vehicle would not start. He easily could have told me that I needed a new battery, and I would have believed him and bought one. Instead, he said that his tester indicated the battery was okay and gave me a recommendation for a mechanic who could diagnose other potential problems. He also popped open my garage door opener and installed the little coin battery I'd purchased. Thank you!
