Just had my oil changed.....$91.xx...and at the end I hear them saying, "did you not pull the plug?" Nope....they didn't. And they overfilled my 2026 car with SIX QUARTS of oil. Then had the nerve to tell us it was a new guy, then it was because my car was new, ummm.....an oil change is the same no matter WHAT car, year, make or model it is. Pull the plug, drain it, replace the filter, out the plug in, and fill it up. The incompetence astounds me. I will NEVER go back there nor will anybody in my family.
