  First let me start off by saying excellent service for years until this last visit 4/11/26. Scheduled a tire rotation ( purchased from this store). They were busy ok, no biggie . I as the tech was rotating the tires I watch and he took the rear driver off leaned against the lift . He then takes the front drive off and chats with the coworkers and then puts it right back on the front and the gets the rear driver sitting against the lift and puts it back on the same rear spot. Also no torque of the lugs like they usually do . I told David the Mgr ( he is very friendly and helpful) who had a shocked look on face and I just walked out. I did not want to get into a "discussion" at that point because I needed to calm down . Fast forward about 15 min and I called and spoke with David to express more detailed frustration. He was very polite and wanted to make it right. I suggested he pull bay video and watch the video . I felt that the experience was so poor , how can you trust them to "make it right" . I expressed I will just use my trusty regular "won't screw you over" mechanic or even Express Oil which usually does excellent service. I am not sure if the tire center just lost the previous staff or what but not a great experience this time at Mavis Calera

  Had a blowout on boat trailer stopped in and was in and out in no time . Got all four to es replaced while I was there

  The guys are the absolute best. Saved my butt! They did such a thorough job. They found more than one leak and we were able to get me back on the road. They had a small crew on hand. It was a busy day for them and they still had me in and out very quickly. They could have very easily just tried to sell me two tires and call it a day, but they didn’t they inspected my flat they told me it could be fixed and they charged me as a little as possible. Go see these guys and ask for Kevin. He won’t do you wrong.

  We got a flat on our long drive home , Kevin at the Mavis in Calera Alabama was so great helping us get back on our long journey fast. The place is amazing and even kid friendly which is rare to find and was perfect for my daughter. Thank you for making an aggravating situation into a not so stressful situation.
