I’m not sure what the guy’s name was, but he was very attentive and answered all of my questions and was very understanding to a situation that I had. And let me tell you being able to use the restroom and it was spotless maybe the experience that much better!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! I would give it more than five stars if this was an option!

I had just had my tires rotated the night before at a different tire store, and when I called them, they told me I was out of luck, on my own, and would have to pay to bring it in and fix it. I did not want to take my business there any more. So I took it down the road to Mavis, and right away I could tell I was in a better place of business. I was greeted warmly, they understood what was going on, and when I explained the situation to them, they apologized for the other company and said that no person deserves to be treated like that. They fixed my tire free of charge after the other shop had broken my valve stem! I was in and out in under 30 minutes, even with the repairs. I will continue to go to Mavis in the future for all of my needs, they know how to take care of people!

We got lost on the way and showed up 15 minutes late to our appointment. Jen told me she would get us taken care of if she had to change the tire herself. They worked us in and got us back on the road. Incredibly professional staff and Jen is a rock star! Recommend 100%!
