  Stopped in for an oil change and had a great experience! Tim was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

  John, the “service manager” needs anger management classes or less responsibility. I called and asked if they had a specific tire as I have a new car and picked up a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires. He said no but they could go pick it up from their warehouse and be back with it in 25 minutes. I told him I lived ten minutes away and would be there in 15-20 minutes. I got there and told them that I’d like an oil change too. John told me they were on the way back with my tire. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. John called me to the desk I thought to pay, then without sharing any information, he asked if I had a few more minutes…. Sure, why not. He led me to believe they hadn’t done the oil change yet. So then I see my car go into the oil change bay. Then I see it sitting in a handicap spot across the parking lot. It sits for about 15 minutes so I go and ring the bell in the payment area, 4 times in 8 minutes before someone who had no idea about my car showed up. He then proceeds to tell me my tire isn’t there yet and he doesn’t know why. I ask to speak to John and he comes in angry. I ask him what is going on and he proceeds to get more frustrated and blames an employee for not going to get my tire or forgetting to pick it up while he was at the warehouse. So, then John says, “if we are wasting your time you can pay for your oil change and leave”. My whole position was why didn’t anyone communicate what happened to me. So instead of wanting to communcate, take responsibility and correct the issue, john wanted to throw a fit and act like a child. I have three work trucks, my personal vehicle, my wife’s car, my sons car, and express has serviced them all until today. Never again. I will be calling corporate and reporting John. Also, Grays service next door was able to get my tire in 20 minutes, gave me a free 4 wheel alignment check, correct a small amount of camber for free and charged me $59 less than I was quoted by express and threw in road hazard. They were also polite, communicative and wonderful to work with. They will get all my business from now on.
