  Buyer be aware! They DO NOT STAND behind their products! I bought a 2026 Coleman light from this place and the heater didn't work. Took it back and they said it was the mother board and they had to order it. Waited fire a call back, finally assist a month later I had to reach back out to them to see what was going on. Took the camper back in to get fixed. Thought everything was good, trusted that they fixed the issue. I have a medical condition which makes it's paramount that I have heat. Well come to find out in the mountains of Tennessee's the heater didn't work. It was 65 degrees with the heater on with only the fan running and the pilot light turning off and on. Sent them an email about the issue again. This is the third time! The tech guy calls and said maybe it's the lines from the propane, dude the heater hasn't worked from sai one nothing is clogged up. They like to blame everything but themselves for selling a lemon. I asked either to overhaul the heater in my brand new camper or replace it. And still nothing. These people are pathetic. I spent almost $40,000 on a broken camper that was supposedly brand new and a 2026. Do not buy from the people! I'm still waiting for a call back, I'm not holding my breath. GO BUY A CAMPER SOMEWHERE ELSE! They couldn't care less about you.

  Great place! sales manager ( Dorian) and Allie (sales) were great to work with very helpful and willing to go above and beyond! They had a great selection of of campers as well as good prices very professional in my experience!

  Would not recommend purchasing or getting your RV serviced here. We dropped our camper off the first week of September to have the fridge replaced and weather stripping replaced it took them till Mid January to do this and we had to call them to find out our camper was ready. We let them know that we’d like to keep our total at 1k and when we called it was well above that and she got rude with us over the phone and told us she would let her manager know and have him call us. We never received a call back so we go up there Sunday to pick our camper up and was told that we can’t cause no one was there to more it. So we go to leave and someone is in the parking lot moving a camper with a fork lift. So we walked back in and said someone is obviously here that can move a camper and then they were unable to take a CASH payment or any kind of payment. So we waisted a two hour drive for no reason and was never once told we couldn’t pick up on Sunday.

  So I was interested in working with camping world and I met an employee named Grace and oh my God her kindness was astonishing and due to her kindness alone and her professionalism. I am giving five stars before I have even visited the lot. I say this because a family emergency happened and this Individual was kind, polite, and professional to me even rescheduled me twice. This is a good company and this is a good person.
